after a client healed of Ovarian Cancer in only 3 weeks...
Dr. Aliah had to figure out exactly what helped her to do that.
So she wrote down what she told her and how they worked together to co-create
health. Since it has worked for manyof her clients.

How
to be cool with food...
a simple, joyful, loving, approach to radiant health!
The Foodcool approach is all about abundance
(a-bun-dance - so shake your butt and rejoice)
and being cool with our food.
Using food based supplements for the most part
and seeing eating
as a joyful healing ritual.
See
yourself in the center of a sphere of abundance of all the things that can possibly
be of service in your healing. Use your intuition as to which to use when and
the body’s wisdom is continuously guiding you towards balance. Healing
is about getting in touch with your own body wisdom through healing the connection
to ones intuition and spiritual connection,
ones heart centered life purpose, and fulfilling ones unfulfilled dreams -
creativity, laughter, and joy lead the way.
Two
basic FOODCOOL concepts:
We
must build up before we tear down...
this is true in all of life and so it is with healing.
Life is all about balance & harmony and so it is in healing.
The
Foodcool Overview:
"It ain't nothin' but a party!"
A party vs. a war/fighting metaphor
The
metaphor of an awesome party is a good one for healing the body and as our culture
parties in a healthy way - we will see more healthy people walking around. When
we hurt ourselves to rewards ourselves or have "fun" that way - we
are in conflict with healing. When we party in a healthy way and are attracted
to what is good for us - then we are in alignment with healing and find our
lives begin to enter a "Dreamtime"
state of consciousness where all the coincidences that happen -
are signs that are leading us to fulfill our life's purpose.
The idea is to invite as many cool people (healthy supplements, exercise, good
thoughts, healthy treatments etc.) that will synergistically get along. And
talk to each one as we intuitively feel it (taking it when we feel the body
wants it or as directed by others we work with) If negative people crash the
party (die-ease shows up uninvited) or in some cases have hijacked part of the
party and are trying to redecorate the room where the party is happening with
some ugly paintings, furniture, and bad vibes... then the best thing to do is
just keep inviting more & more really cool folks who add to the decorations
and vibes (with positive Feng Shui) until the party is so groovy that the un-cool
people don't want to hang there anymore & just leave.
Two
basic overviews:
Letting
go of "dis-ease" is about being "in-ease".
Balanced amounts of easily digestible foods/supplements
and joyous healthy exercise rituals are the keys.
Keeping it simple.... and always using the highest quality of organic foods
while preparing meals with love and prayer with
and for an a-bun-dance of joy.
Repeating
the rhythm of:
Build - Cleanse - Balance - in phases going deeper
each round -
using different tools and supplements to balance the pH of the biological terrain
and
while always listening to what the body wisdom has to say about
which, when, and how much before doing anything.
Possible Question: How do you know what's helping
if you
take so much at once?
Aliah's Answer: I
find that if I do things all day long (not all at once) as I feel drawn towards
it - I can do many things that synergistically can do more than just one thing.
Because everything that I mention here is meant to build the immune system and
cleanse, or balance the energy of the body -
as a team they are stronger than
alone.
The sum is greater than it's parts - they compliment each other and make the
potency of each even stronger. This is the same with collaboration when it is
done with a focused intention and fed with good energy. The body can build blocks
against using just one thing because it's had enough - yet it can also change
something into what it needs if we give it good nutrients to build from - it
is very amazing what the body can do!
Remember: The body wants a song.. not a note (Vit. C) or a chord (Emergencee packet) - it wants and needs many thing all day long - so give it a song - with all the emotions and nutrients that is needs.
it is most important to eat organic produce, especially root vegetables and
read all labels. It’s important to avoid all food additives such as preservatives,
(other than citric acid) colorings, (especially blue the most toxic) and never
eat anything with HYDROGENATED OILS (or fractionated palm seed oil) in it –
fully or partially, it was first used in soap to keep it hard and never can
be digested.
Life giving foods taste good when we are clean inside. Simple eating while allowing
all meals to be a joyous occation.
