This inspired her to begin writing down what happened for her healing. Aliah who is a Yoga teacher, Hypnotherapist, Wellness Consultant, & Reiki Practitioner, as well as a reader, combined her life experience and healing approach in her first book Foodcool that she gave to inspiring Rock Stars with Foodcool Kits to help them stay healthy on the road.
